Once a reservation has been made, it is non-refundable. Any name changes or changes to package arrangements made after registration will result in a $50 charge per change. No name changes will be accepted after December 15, 2005. No refunds will be issued for unused transportation or for other package inclusions not used by the participant.
Land-only packages may be purchased by those wishing to travel on their own to the Gator Bowl. Packages include all items listed as “air package features,” excluding air transportation to destination city, all transfers and airport baggage handling.
All travel documents and game tickets must be picked up at the Champion Sports Tours office located at 702 North Shore Drive, Suite 101, Jeffersonville, IN, 47130. Travel Documents can be picked up on the following days and times: December 21, 1:00 pm–5:00 pm; December 22, 5:00 pm–7:00 pm; December 23, 9:00 am–3:00 pm; December 26, 1:00 pm–5:00 pm; and December 27, 8:30 pm–5:00 pm.
Children’s rates are limited to those 17 years of age or under sharing a room with at least one adult and using existing bedding configuration. Roll-aways will incur extra charges. Requests for roll-aways are subject to availability and to differing fire and safety laws.
Trip cancellation, baggage loss, health and accident insurance is available upon request to protect participants against unforeseen circumstances that may cause interruption or cancellation of trip as well as loss of property. Because neither Champion Sports Tours nor Collegiate Athletic Travel is responsible for losses due to trip cancellation by participant (see following) and/or loss of luggage, we strongly recommend the purchase of appropriate insurance coverage. Details will be included with your tour confirmation.

This program is operated under the management of Champion Sports Tours (CST), McCauley Nicolas Centre, 515 West Court Ave, Jeffersonville, IN 47130 and Collegiate Athletic Travel, Inc. (CAT), 310 S. Burrowes St., State College, PA 16801. Acting in accordance with the US Department of Transportation regulations governing “public” charter flights, CST/CAT serves only as an agent for the tour participant in regard to travel, whether by airline, motor coach, railroad or ship and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss (including baggage and personal possessions), accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or through acts of default of any company engaged in conveying the participant or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. CST/CAT shall not be responsible for losses or additional expenses incurred by tour participants that result from weather or mechanical related delays of aircraft or other transport modes, sickness, weather, strike, government disorder, war, acts of God, quarantine, criminal acts, or other causes. Nor does CST/CAT assume any liability for personal injury, damage to or loss of personal possessions, or accidents and/or delays that result from negligence, default or “failure to perform” on the part of any subcontracted travel or service provider. All such losses or expenses will be borne by the tour participant as tour rates provide only for arrangements as detailed in the brochure. CST/CAT reserves the right to refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at anytime. CST/CAT also reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations and transportation and to make any changes in the itinerary where deemed necessary. In the event of insufficient participation, CST/CAT reserves the right to cancel any or all parts of the tour and make appropriate refunds to the participants in accordance with applicable US Department of Transportation rules.
